LOOK DELICIOUS only carries authentic merchandise.  All jewellery is directly purchased from the designer excluding Dyrberg/Kern items.  All Dyrberg/Kern products are purchased from an authorized retailer.  Any warranty provided on a Dyrberg/Kern item is offered through LOOK DELICIOUS only and not Dyrberg/Kern.

Please be aware that even designer jewellery is not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing stones and metal defects.  All jewellery comes with a 3 month warranty.  Watches come with a 12 month warranty (excluding strap).  Any warranty excludes ‘normal’ wear and tear.  Non precious metals are best stored in their respective pouches/boxes and should not come in contact with water or abrasive cleaning agents - in such case warranty is void.  All warranty claims will be assessed on a case by case basis.  Any item purchased from our Outlet Store comes without warranty.  Sales in this section are final.  This is not applicable if the item arrives damaged, in which case you have 48 hours to contact us and a refund or an exchange for the same dollar amount purchased will be provided.

Due to distribution regulations House of Harlow is not available for export to Australia.  Should an item be purchased online and an Australian address be listed as the ship to address your purchase will be cancelled and an immediate refund will be issued.

Customers are welcome to return any item they are unhappy with within 14 days as long as the item is in the original packaging with all tags attached.  NZ and International customers have free return shipping on all merchandise when defective, where an item is not defective, the customer is to pay shipping costs.  Please contact info@lookdelicious.co.nz if you have any queries.
