Domestic Delivery (NZ)
LOOK DELICIOUS offers FREE shipping on all NZ orders by non-signature Courierpost envelopes (overnight delivery to most destinations). Items are usually shipped within 24 hours and have a shipping time of approximately 1 day to major metropolitan areas, and 3 days to more rural areas. We do not process orders on the weekend. Orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Please note that while Courierpost is fast and usually ships the next business day, the arrival time is not guaranteed.
Please be aware that Courierpost does not insure jewellery items of any description i.e. precious metals, non precious metals or stones. As soon as your parcel leaves our hands we can not be held responsible for the delivery.
International Delivery
LOOK DELICIOUS offers worldwide international shipping by NZ Mail. All international orders over $150 receive free shipping. Orders of less than $150 are charged a flat $10 shipping charge except for Australia which is $7.50. Typical shipping times are between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays. Tracking with this option is not provided for your package.
LOOK DELICIOUS also offers expedited international shipping by NZ express mail to 25 destinations, for a flat fee of $15. Shipping time is typically 3-6 days, but as with Air Mail, orders can occasionally be delayed by customs. NZ Express Mail provides full tracking of your package during transit.
Please note that international orders are often subject to duties and taxes in addition to the price LOOK DELICIOUS charges, and are billed by your country's customs department upon arrival not lookdelicious.co.nz. We do not know what these charges are and we will also not be held responsible for these charges.
All free shipping options are without insurance. This means that LOOK DELICIOUS will not be held responsible in the case an item goes missing.
Payment
LOOK DELICIOUS offers credit card payments through PayPal and direct debit. Items can also be paid for by Cheque. If you decide to use this option please choose the direct debit payment option at check out. Once the cheque has cleared you will be sent the ordered item.
